After you sent us a deposit (usually 10 - 15% non refundable / covers most of our office work with you, plus arrangements with driver or accommodation), you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which will contain the details of your reservation. After you have received the conformation e-mail that was sent to you, which contains the itinerary, your name and all the details regarding your reservation, print  the email or save it in your phone and keep it with you as it may be requested by your driver - for the remaining amount, of private tour on your arrival !

I need to book a tour or a transfer in a few hours, can I make a reservation?

Yes, but instead of e-mail you must send us a text message or make a direct call. Time zone: Greece is seven hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time in the USA and Canada. Daylight saving time in Greece goes into effect each year usually from the last Sunday of March to the last Sunday of October. From USA (01130) 6942 641717 .From Europe (0030) 6942 641717. You can use Viber or WhatsApp. From other countries please view this link  https://countrycode.org/greece   Please do not call from 23.00 to 07.00 GMT +2. For e-mail confirmation we might need up to 8-12 hours depending on your country (time difference).

How do I know which trip is right for me? We are thinking visit Greece on a cruise ship and not carry our luggage every other day.

Cruise ships usually have good deals and the idea that you do not have to carry your luggage wherever you go is attractive. However, most of the time you will be at sea, and you will not have the chance to see the inner mainland or spend a night in a village up on the mountains or on the coast. Whichever place you visit, you will queue with hundreds of other passengers and the time you will have to visit the area is limited. For every excursion you would like to participate in will come at an extra cost.

Since 2000, we’ve been helping clients in plan their next adventures. With the knowledge and tools to find best deals, we make your experience as easy as possible.

Our point is, you can make a request and we will help you carry your luggage, as a  part of our service, at no extra cost.
